Unique Client Solutions are fans of Danny Boyle’s previous work in films Trainspotter and Slumdog Millionaire. Boyle said, "We’ll be celebrating the whole of the country…there are so many ‘Isles of Wonder’." The biggest ringing bell in Europe has been commissioned to sound at the opening of the games and it will be inscribed with a quote from Shakespeare's The Tempest: 'Be not afeard, the isle is full of noises.'

Unique Client Solutions Enjoy the NTA Awards 2012

Unique Client Solutions gathered to watch the NTA Awards hosted on Wednesday night at the Greenwich Arena in London. The 17th edition to the NTA Awards was bigger and better than ever, hosted by Dermot O’Leary with performances from Little Mix.
Winners include Coronation Street for best serial drama, Ant & Dec for best entertainment presenter and of course Unique Client Solutions favourite Talent Show, The X Factor, took home a well-deserved trophy. The battle between the soaps was ruled by Coronation Street, with Eastenders largely left out in the cold.
Unique Client Solutions compared the NTA Awards to a recent business seminar they attended at the weekend; with guest speakers including Dragon’s Den very own James Caan. He spoke in front of over 3000 business men and women at The Royal Festival Hall in London on Saturday 21st January. Mr Caan was an exceptionally charismatic speaker and how kept the crowd spellbound for 45 minutes as he talked about his rise to multimillionaire from a young 20 year old starting out in his first job. He was inspirational with a winning combination of and valuable insight and practical advice, not forgetting his brilliant sense of humour.
“James is hugely respected in the business world as he is easy to relate to and he speaks honestly to a room full of strangers,” commented one of the delegates from Unique Client Solutions. “It’s easy to forget with famous businessmen and women that they were once like anyone else, starting a job for the first time. James captured the importance of the beginning of your career incredibly well.”
The business seminar Unique Client Solutions attended was an entrepreneurial example of the NTA Awards. There was glamour and inspirational speeches…just a few less celebrities!

Unique Client Solutions Backing David Beckham’s bid for Captain of Team GB

Unique Client Solutions were excited to hear David Beckham has nominated himself for captain of Team GB in the Olympics. In a recent press conference on 20th January, 2012 David showed how passionate he was about being part of Team GB this year, ‘"I would love to be captain," the 36-year-old said. "I have led my country before and know how special it would be to lead them into the Olympics."

Unique Client solutions are thrilled that the Olympics are being held in London this year, and they believe David Beckham would be a great role model to lead the team to victory. David Beckham has been an aspiration to young people across the UK since he first stepped onto the pitch in 1992 age 17.

Unique Client Solutions were surprised to hear speculation that David Beckham should not be a part of 2012 Team GB as he recently signed another contract to play for LA Galaxy. His move to America has been characterised as disloyal towards UK teams. David Beckham, who was signed as England captain previously; moved his family to LA with the chance to play as part of the LA Galaxy team.

A representative for Unique Client Solutions remarked, ‘David Beckham is a brilliant athlete and doesn't deserve to lose the privilege to be a part of team GB because he has been lucky enough to represent other teams out of the UK. He has lead England to success many times before, doesn’t this prove he has the ability to lead our players to another win?'

Unique Client Solutions wishes all of the Team GB athletes the best of luck in their Olympic preparations.

Unique Client Solutions Learns of Unemployment Rise

Unique Client Solutions has recently discovered national statistics which show an increasing amount of young people looking for work. Figures have hit a new record of 1.043m, taking unemployment rate of 16-24 year-olds to 22.3%.

Unique Client Solutions are concerned to hear of the lack opportunities available for young people. The leader of the Labour Party, Ed Miliband, said the government "was cutting too far and too fast" and accused the Prime Minister of being "out of touch", boasting about rising employment.

Statistics have shown that unemployment for 6 months and longer can lead to mental health issues for the unemployed. David Cameron is eager to avoid this where possible, and he has put forward a 6 month training programme for the jobless, including enrichment classes and further education. Cameron recently said the figures were not good news: "Any increase in unemployment is disappointing and obviously a tragedy for the person who becomes unemployed - that is why we are taking action to get people back to work.”

Unique Client Solutions hope that David Cameron’s training programmes will reduce unemployment and avoid possible health issues for young people. A spokesperson for the country said, “The unemployment rise is a great shame but we are hopeful that people will find routes into work perhaps through more unusual paths like joining family businesses.”

Some argue that David Cameron’s time is running out to halt unemployment, which could soon spiral out of control. Unique Client Solutions will be watching his next move carefully.
