Unique Client Solutions Backing David Beckham’s bid for Captain of Team GB

Unique Client Solutions were excited to hear David Beckham has nominated himself for captain of Team GB in the Olympics. In a recent press conference on 20th January, 2012 David showed how passionate he was about being part of Team GB this year, ‘"I would love to be captain," the 36-year-old said. "I have led my country before and know how special it would be to lead them into the Olympics."

Unique Client solutions are thrilled that the Olympics are being held in London this year, and they believe David Beckham would be a great role model to lead the team to victory. David Beckham has been an aspiration to young people across the UK since he first stepped onto the pitch in 1992 age 17.

Unique Client Solutions were surprised to hear speculation that David Beckham should not be a part of 2012 Team GB as he recently signed another contract to play for LA Galaxy. His move to America has been characterised as disloyal towards UK teams. David Beckham, who was signed as England captain previously; moved his family to LA with the chance to play as part of the LA Galaxy team.

A representative for Unique Client Solutions remarked, ‘David Beckham is a brilliant athlete and doesn't deserve to lose the privilege to be a part of team GB because he has been lucky enough to represent other teams out of the UK. He has lead England to success many times before, doesn’t this prove he has the ability to lead our players to another win?'

Unique Client Solutions wishes all of the Team GB athletes the best of luck in their Olympic preparations.
